Our mission is simple.

Our mission is to empower everyday runners and walkers to step outside their comfort zone through a weekly schedule of community-based group events. We encourage all members to work together while helping and challenging each of our athletes to achieve their personal goals whether their first run, walk or their hundredth marathon.

We specialize in the run/walk interval method, but welcome runners and walkers of all abilities and experience levels. We deeply value the importance our community, so we begin and end our events at local coffee shops and breweries; supporting the small businesses that are the heart of our neighborhoods. Our members are also supported with weekly workouts, training plans, accountability check-ins, various discounts, and many other resources to foster and enable their personal health and fitness journeys.

  • We have members of all skill levels and abilities. Whether you’re just starting out or have many miles under your belt, we have people that will support you! Our motto is “no one left behind” and we make sure that everyone crosses the finish line, whether its a Saturday fun run or a race that we’re doing together.

  • We are RRCA certified and insured and have multiple RRCA Certified Coaches in our group to help with your training.

  • Each Saturday we meet at different local coffee shop in Pittsburgh vicinity. Our routes are programmed into the RunGo app each week to guide you. Our routes are all ‘road running/walking’ unless otherwise stipulated for occasional trail runs.

  • We get it! It’s really hard to get started. But everyone in our group has been exactly where you are until we joined Rogue. You won’t find a more welcoming and encouraging group in Pittsburgh!

Upcoming runs.

In addition to our usual Saturday events, Track Tuesday workouts are held at multiple locations across the city each week, our weekly pub events are held on Thursdays, and we host occasional pop-up Sunday trail runs as well. We also partner with South Park and North Park Trail Runners for relaxed runs and training runs.
